Arkansas Nephrology Services provides renal care. It operates two full-service office practices and eight dialysis treatment centers in west-central and southern Arkansas, including one in Hot Springs, Ark. The clinic offers flexible treatments and encourages family involvement. Its home hemodialysis service requires additional space for the water set-up, a caregiver is provided and a technician is available for periodic monitoring of water and machine maintenance. Nursing support is available six-days a week and physicians monitor the proceedings on a monthly basis. Arkansas Nephrology Services also offers peritoneal dialysis service that allows flexible treatment times and self-care. Trained peritioneal nurses are available five-days a week to answer any questions and a physician is available 24-hours a day, seven-days a week.
