Dr. Faulk and her nurse amber are total unprofessionals..i was treated with disrespect. my back was out, had to use walker, req referral for 6 days. finally got a reture call from nurse who told me to make my own appmt and pickup my records. she didnt have time to deal with primadonna's she had clinicals in the afternoon..she is unhygenic, greasy hair, dirty fingernails, dirty teeth, stained clothes..my opinion she should not even be in health care....i reported her the next day...Dr. faulk, wrote horrible things about me made horrible accusations in my chart. she has ruined my life, to protect her nasty nurse. Dr. Faulk sent me a reg. letter telling me i cant come to that clinic, she also discharged my son, saying he missed to many apptm. which was a lie..he never missed any...she had basically black listed both of us....just because i reported bad behavior by her nurse. Dr. faulk never had one conversation with me......about this incident she just immediatelly retailated with HATE..
