I would give them zero stars if possible. I purchased a very expensive book, ended up dropping the class and was out more than $300 because of cheap, plastic covering. Their entire return policy needs to be revised. An overview of it is, "if you take the inexpensive shrink wrap off of our books (the wrap we probably have in store and can easily replace), you will be charged full price no matter how quickly you return it." The customer service in store is decent, but the Little Rock based customer service email that is provided will ignore your issues. Sure, they're good people; they just work for an awful company with horrid return policies and worse customer service. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Buy books at your school's bookstore and you'll get a more than fair portion back at the end of the semester.

The prices on their books used or new are fantastic! Brandon Morgan, the guy who manages the store is an honest man. Some money fell out of my wallet onto the counter and I didn't notice. Brandon met me in the parking lot and returned it to me. Thanks again, Brandon!
