Poor, apparently discriminatory business practices. I cannot recommend this company. Find another business if you need fair services.

I would never do business with them. Their poor relations with every member of the community is atrocious. Please don't encourage such behavior.

I can not recommend this title company. They deliberately bungled the paperwork for a friend of mine to prevent him from purchasing a home. This was in the final stages of the sale, so it was particularly hurtful. I have never heard of any business being so blatantly bigoted. They figured out a way to slow things down and create enough problems by mixing up names and putting information on incorrect lines, delaying the process so the buyers would lose the contract.

The intent was hurtful, discriminatory, and unethical. The persons responsible sacrificed a 125K sale because they simply decided the buyers don't deserve to buy the home they chose. The money was not an issue, and everything was set to close.

The business practices of Garland County Title Company are shameful and I can not recommend them. Anyone who uses their services runs the risk of being discriminated against for whatever attribute the Ms Watkinses find objectionable.
