This place was horrible to me and I never even set foot in the place! My doctor referred me to this clinic to receive injections after a car accident (that wasn't my fault). When they called me to set up my appointment, I asked them how much it was and if they would accept payment plans. They asked me what kind of insurance I have. I told them I don't have any medical insurance and they asked me why I don't have medical insurance. I told them that I am a healthy 24 year old. I am working my way through college so I can have good insurance. They proceeded to ask me if I was married and can my husband get me insurance through his job, I felt that this was none of their business. Why did they care that I didn't have insurance? I was going to pay them cash. Then they quoted me the price for the office visit and 1 injection and said they do not take payment plans. Since I am working with an attorney, I have to pay everything up front. I went to work coming up with the $1030 for the office visit and injection. When I came up with the money, I called and told them I was ready to set up my appointment and they informed me that the injections were done in a series of 3, and got another lecture about not having insurance. So I went to work trying to come up with the money for that. Once I had the money together for the office visit and 3 injections, I called to set up my appointment. One day, I was told the lady was out of the office that made appointments and she asked for all my information. When I told her that I don't have insurance, she lectured me again. I called the next day because the lady hadn't called me by 3:15 and I was told this time that they DO NOT accept cash paying patients. WHAT?

I have worked in several different types of environments... from fast food to professional environments and talking the way that this office staff talked to me would not be accepted at any of the places I worked! In fact, I would've been fired for talking to customers the way this office staff talked to me.
