well my mother in law has been in there twice now for rehab and they seem to make sure she has everything she needs. They treat her a lot better than the last one she was in.

My Mom has been here for over a year and with the exception of one LPN, we could not be more satisfied. I went directly to administrator with the issue. The problem was taken care of immediately. I have been around numerous times when nurses and cnas were dealing with Mom and they did not know I was there. She has always been treated with kindness and respect. They do more that what is adequate. They know Mom personally and can tell when something is "just not right". Several helped made arrangements to get Mom to a Chinese buffet for her birthday, oh they also made sure she had her lipstick. CNAs and nurses have called or come to the hospital to check on her! I highly recommend Lake Hamilton Health and Rehab!

CNA's are rude. Amanda Levato is rude. My loved one is in this place because she broke her hip and the people that take care of her (besides a choice few) are rude. She asked for a wet wipe to clean herself with and one of the CNA's told her "You don't need a wet wipe, use the toilet paper, that's what it's there for." Fred is a joke. He lets his employees walk all over him and in turn, no problem gets taken care of. My loved one finally gathered up the courage today to talk to the managers about how some of the CNA's were treating her and Amanda point blank told her "oh no one is being mean to you. Our nurses are nice." What got accomplished there besides that rude woman bullying her into telling them exactly what they wanted to hear? Fred stood there with Amanda the whole time and was such a wimp that he wouldn't stand up for her. Poor service, poor attitudes, and a huge chip on their shoulder is all you will find at Lake Hamilton Health and Rehab. DON'T BRING YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!!!
