It was an EMERGENCY!! I needed my hair Extentions put in for a masquerade ball and EVERYONE was booked (granted it was 4 days prior to the event).

❤️Shannon Waylock❤️ went ABOVE & BEYOND, she contacted ALL of the cosmetologists that she trusted within a 60 mile radius!! TWO DAYS she spent doing this!!

She booked me an appointment, HANDLED EVERYTHING for me and all I had to do was show up!! SHE IS A GOD SEND!!! I got my hair put in cut and died before the masquerade ball and LET ME TELL YOU I LOOKED GOOD!!!

THIS IS HER PASSION!!! SHE DOESN'T DO IT FOR THE MONEY, SHE DOES IT FOR THE PEOPLE!!!! SHE WANTS WHAT BEST FOR YOU AT ALL COST!!!

The salon itself is clean and tidy. My boys have had their hair done by Tony and he did a great job! I, however, went to Shannon for a simple root touch up and left with an orange, white, and brown mess...If you choose this salon, you would be wise to choose a different stylist than the one I used. It will likely cost you a lot of time and money to fix it when she’s done.

I was/am new to Hot Springs. From a recommendation, I had an appointment with Shannon. I went from "should length hair" to a pixie. Shannon did a Really good job. I am pleased with the time she took to consult with me...before she started cutting. In addition, I appreciated the time she took to make sure I knew how to style my new cut. Would recommend Shannon and/or the salon to my friends

.My first time being at New Reflections I must say I was impressed with their sweet hospitality,clean and neat salon and very knowledgeable stylists. Shannon washed,cut and styled my hair and She is truly Amazing! A true guru of her craft.

Great atmosphere, friendly, knowledgeable stylist!
