Karen Baim Reagler is the managing attorney of the Hot Springs and Hot Springs Village offices of Baim, Gunti, Mouser & Worsham, PLC. Ms. Reagler focuses her practice on estate planning and administration, trusts, wills, guardianships, uncontested adoptions, powers of attorney, gun trusts, and corporate law. Ms. Reagler earned her B.A. (religion) degree from Duke University and her M.A. (Near Easter Studies) and J.D. (law) degrees from Washington University in St. Louis. She completed her LL.M (masters of laws) in Elder Law and Estate Planning at Western New England University. Ms. Reagler clerked for the Honorable Stephen N. Limbaugh, Jr. of the Missouri Supreme Court. She is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), Wealthcounsel, the Arkansas Bar Association (Elder Law, Tax, and Probate Sections) and the Garland County Bar Association. Her article Come Hell or High Water: a Water Regime for the Jordan River Basin was published in the Washington University Law Quarterly. Ms. Reagler is a frequent presenter and is willing to present without charge to local organizations and clubs. She often teaches classes at National Park Community College.
