Sunbay is a peaceful, well manicured haven. All villas have balconies overlooking a quiet cove on Lake Hamilton. Master bedroom and living area also have water views. Huge master bath with whirlpool tub. Fireplace with logs provided upon request. Smaller 2nd bedroom and bath with separate entrance off private front deck. Stackable washer dryer in unit. Wet bar and well appointed full kitchen. Everything during our week stay was quite comfortable. From Zach, the helpful young man securing the parking lot, helpful housekeeping staff to the polite young ladies at the front desk....everyone was helpful and courteous. The small waterfall in between the A buildings provided a peaceful sound while sitting on the balcony watching ducks, geese and children plat! Ample boat docks in center of the inlet also provide a nice way to walk around the resort. A beautifully maintained koi pond and large waterfall highlight the lodge area. The Back Porch Grill...onsite eatery is fabulous! Had many meals there and never dissappointed. Convienatly located to many nearby restsurants and shopping.

All in all..very comfortable vacation.

Wonderful place to stay. We own 3 condo units 2 bedrooms each at Sunbay. You gave to insist on building A B C not the lodge. If last resort get the lodge. The condos are spacious big rooms and all balconies looks over the lake They have a nice large kitchen. If you don't see pots and pans then call and ask what you need. We have always enjoyed staying. You need a car to get around the Lake Hamilton is so beautiful. Bring your boat. They have there own boat docks for your private boats or skidoo. The swimming pools are really nice. They have one outdoor and one indoors and outdoor connected together. Up in the recreation center with massages and exercise classes and fitness room the activities are wonderful. Wednesday is pot luck you bring a side dish and they provide the fried chicken. Then play a few games (bingo) no money needed just for fun family oriented people are very friendly. Activities everyday. But you pick the ones you want. Fishing is nice too the restaurant on site is very good and they have a nice variation. of menus we love this place they also have 10 minutes away they ha horse racing and casino called Oak Lawn fun and food go an enjoy yourself with your family.
