Let's start with the first visit, when I forgot to get my receipt, but they wouldn't give me a receipt until another gentleman left the store. The younger kid working for Paul says, "Sorry, we had to wait for that gentleman to leave because he paid alot more for his phone than you did." Paul hears the kid say that, then boasts from the back trying to cover the kid's tracks with excuses about credit card payment versus cash payment.

That's not what the kid was saying. The kid was saying that they charge different prices for different people, depending on what they can get away with on a per-person basis.

Supposedly, I got the good deal. However, after checking online realized even I had just paid $275 plus tax for a Mi A3 from China that only costs $145 online.

My old phone had been hacked (unlocked Motorola E6 from Wal-Mart). The agreement was to data reset my old phone and write a short letter describing the capabilities of the spyware that was on the phone. He assured me it would be just a week. I let him know it would be okay to keep the phone for even 2 weeks or so, in case he was busy.

I'm done with their mind games, smart remarks, hyperactivity, speaking over people, lies and unethical practices. Now, I've already spent over $300 and Paul broke his word repeatedly.

I asked him, have everyone's phones been there a month with Paul's word on the line? The kid says yes. I tried to explain that's highly unethical, but they cut me off and I can hear Paul from the background yelling. Paul gets on the phone and angrily says, "I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR THIS!" I said, well "I can make as many reviews as I need." He said, " Go ahead!" and hung up on me...so here we are. I'll be copying and pasting this review on all social media and to the BBB.

I feel sorry for people who show up there unwittingly without some base of electronic knowledge and research. Check Yelp, Facebook, Google, etc . These guys have BEEN exposed.

Wow! I wished I had read these reviews before I left my phone for repair! But I’ll give the simple facts first....take phone in for repair as recommended by local AT&T, paid $135 and after numerous return trips and several phone calls and admission by them they can’t hear me adequately, I left with a broken phone!
Broken phone, $135, broken phone!
NO offer for a refund or compensation or anything else they could guarantee to fix it! The guy that works for Paul is kind but Paul try to cover up his adequacies by saying how bad Apple and IPhones were! Lesson learned....never again will I use this place. And being me I had given them a second chance from a much earlier repair when they first opened! Strike out on two!

Buyer beware: if something breaks while your phone is being serviced, it is not their responsibility. Picture quality is blurry now and worse than before being "fixed". Poor service and business principles. No refund. You have been warned.

Paul has fixed my laptop from viruses and helped in so many ways with tech support as well as physical support. He even sold a gently used router and did remote assistance to help me get everything up and running. These guys are patience and very knowledgeable. They fix phones and so much more which really makes their name appropriate. I highly recommend their experience and customer service. Top Notch!

This is a business under new owners but using the same name. Out of the 3 main repair shops for cell phones and electronics, these are the most honest and priced below their competitors. I am forever grateful for their experience and work on my 3 company Droid Turbo Ultra screen repairs. They also remove a virus from a laptop. They are young professionals that excel in their field. Humble, Smart, Innovative, Professional, Experience, are just a few words that sum up my multiple experiences. I would like to add that most customers don't take the time to write about their positive experience but a negative visit will always get a review. Run fast to them and you will be please. They are referred by AT&T, Sprint, Verizon, Cricket, Magic Springs, Lowes, and more because they do quality work!

My experience here was a NIGHTMARE! Serviced is unbelievably slow, work is very disorganized and I thought expensive. After they sent me home with the WRONG phone I am now waiting and have NO phone. It was originally taken in for a simple screen fix. Run far & fast.
