Does not deserve one star. Had to atleast give it one to close out. On Aug 8th 2013 my wife, who happens to be a truck driver made a delivery at this facility in Hot Springs AR. Evedentally, the bill of lading stated that driver assist unload heaters. On her dispatch it did not have any information about it. The person unloading was very aggressive toward my wife, when she called her trucking company to find out that the fee to have her assist in unloading was not paid for. Unloader went back in the facility and later stormed out the door and proceeded to charge at her. Immediately my wife had to seek for protection from the unloader and the unloader proceded to yell and scream and use profanity at her. This mad for a bad situation and she then called her company to inform them about his unprofessional attitude. When the trailer was unloaded and was time to have all paperwork signed, the unloader refused to sign any and all paperwork. Another worker there wound up signing the paperwork. At this time my wife was on the phone with her company when the unloader ( who refused to sign paperwork) was yelling at her and cussing her up one side down the other, so her company heard how unprofessional this man was toward her.

I did research on this company and found out that there are 6 other facilities including a corporate office in Shreveport LA and proceded to call corporate office in Shreveport LA and spoke to Rich to file a complaint on their facility in Hot Springs. I was not surprised when I was told that they were already informed about the situation. So I asked what could be done about his position when I found out about that this wasn't the first time this has happened and had been told that unloader was informed to hold back his attitude. I proceded to tell him that the unloader threatened her by charging for her and to corporates reply was that the unloader was in the right by enforcing the rules even though the fee for here to help unload was not paid. He also said that the unloader was not threatening my wife even though he was charging at her yelling obsenities at her and was backing up his employee even though of his threatening attitude. My wife was in absolute fear of her life by the time she left the facility in Hot Springs AR. I am very appalled by how the work ethic is at this company and their treatment of women. My wife will no longer deliver any loads for this company and its 7 facilities covering LA, TX, AR and MS. They better be glad the authorities didn't get involved, the unloader possibility could have went to jail as a result of this.
