Rachel has been in Hot Springs running the Hair Care Center for 23 years. I personally have spent a substantial amount of time in her shop.

She always tries her best to help her clients with their hair. When most people make an appointment for a hair cut its merely a monetary transaction.

Rachel tries to do her best to not only nurture the hair of a person, but also the soul.

Courtney P wrote a review above and stated about how Rachel wanted to see her hair before the appointment. Courtney went on to call this "inconvenient".

I however call it competent. Sometimes people can't verbally articulate what they need over the phone in a descriptive manner. Rachel probably wanted to make sure she would be able to complete the task, in accordance with Courtney's instructions.

I wouldn't even give one star. Wouldn't be bothered to help. I recommend checking out the other salons in town, where they will take you on without you having to swing down so they can see your hair first. I've never had this type in experience before. How inconvenient! And so not accomadating!
