BEWARE

I ordered a jacket that was in stock on Apriil 9th. My credit card was charged on the 11th. On the 13th, I receive an email AFTER he took my money,saying that my item is backordered until April 30th. As I live in Canada, I wanted to be sure that it would arrive in time for my trip south to pick up my parcels. I agreed to wait. By May 5th - NO jacket

I contacted them and requested a refund. NO reply. Contacted my credit card company the next day. and waited the required 15 days, NO reply

Read their strict NO REFUNDS rules on their ABOUT US page. Update, May 26, item still backordered. The 30 day money refunded rule applies here regardless,dispute in process
