I love triple D! Marion Crowder was the best landlord I've ever had! She always went out of her way to help me and my husband, for the 5 years that we lived on one of their properties she was wonderful, she was always Pleasant, and took care of us. Marion was caring. When we moved out because we had purchased another home she was great she did everything she could to help us and when my husband died she was very sympathetic. I could not have asked for a better person to have come in our lives!

The worst property management in the world. We are tenants and the are property manager. They are incompent and just flat out rude. I called their office to report a maintenance issue and the woman I spoke to was disrespectful and very rude. Professional communication skills should be a requirement when doing business. She was very rude. Hope I never have to talk to them again about anything!
