Always had good experiences with them and they have always been helpful. I've worked with them a lot and never had issues.

This owner is rude, offensive, unsympathetic and does not honor his own advertising. I among many slid off the road and was towed out of a ravine 25 miles from his business. He demanded I pay $350 "cash only" to get it out of his yard and an extra $30 a day. Would not accept any credit card, debit card, cashiers check. I had to hitchhike back and forth from his yard to Hotchkiss and when I was able to manage getting the cash, and paid him off, my car wouldn't start, so he towed me out of his yard, left me there and told me to get the F--K out of here. Everyone I talked to in Hotchkiss said the man was an A-hole. Would leave my car in the ravine before I ever used his service again.

When no one has the parts I need, Phils does. I don't think this guy throws anything away. He has American and Foreign parts and will let me pull them on my own to save me money.
