I am 100% pleased with the work Up and Running did on our computer. It went to them totally crashed. They worked with us until we had a computer we liked with everything we wanted downloaded. I was using Outlook Express for my e-mails. Because I had Windows XP and Windows 7. I needed Windows XP for my Outlook Express e-mail. Now I have Windows 7 Professional with Live E-mail and I love it. Live E-mail is so much like Outlook Express. I found the transition so easy and the more I use it the more I like it. As far as cost for service goes, we got more than we ever expected for the money. I would recommend Up and Running for any computer repair.

dont bring your computer here find somewhere else to go unless u want to pay to end up with the problem not being solved!!
