I reported my problem to him and he was very helpful.

They charged my card twice. Tried calling them on their listed numbers and there is either no answer or they play a bunch of recorded scams.

I have been calling the phone number listed and keep getting a fax machine. I went to the web page and keep getting a "Server Not Found" page. I wanted to purchase gift certificates for my friends, but am unable to do so. Poor Service to say the least.

horrible!!!!! i went thru yesterday with a car and all was good until the dryer cut out and left me with a very wet back half of the car in mid winter. Not good. I figured the power just went off momentarily so I blew it off. Then today I took my other car thru the wash and it soaped up my car and then stopped. the whole wash shut down. I was left with a soapy car and no refund. I have been trying to call the phone number listed, but it is a fax machine. The toll-free number is constantly busy and no one will pick up. Been trying for hours. DO NOT GO HERE
