I'm a full time RVer , we've been here for awhile now..this is a very nice place, with very spacious lots that are well maintained by the staff. It has a very clean and well kelp laundry facilities that is locked (you get your own key) it also has mail boxes if you plan to stay for awhile.. it's close by pharmacy, grocery and fast food, all with-in two blocks. The roads are concrete and has a concrete drive for every space. Pet friendly..but must be on a leash..there are two very lg open fields here to let your pets explore....

There is nothing good about this place except it's quiet. The laundry facility really sucks and there is no hospitality. You pay extra to have your grass mowed and it doesn't get mowed. The office hours are from 12 noon till 4 pm, if you're lucky you can catch someone there. No drop box for the rent so you must adjust your work schedule around their hours.. Story: Watched a women try to rent a lot for her daughter and was asked rudely; "What are you doing here?" by the secretary. She literally rolled her eyes at the lady. Forget getting a temp lot for the weekend. And pay a $10 late fee when you can't pay on time because they are never there. Very expensive. And trying to leave the park during rush hour is almost impossible. No special amenities. There are not many RV parks in this area so these people feel they have the monopoly on it. I' refuse to live there.
