I dropped off an expensive rayon garment with a dry clean only tag on with several red spots on it. Tried to pony out all of the areas on the garment because it was floral print on cream and they kinda blended in. The girl rushed me and was basically like"yeah, yeah, yeah, we'll get all that, no problem." Picked up the garment 2 days later WITH THE SPOTS STILL ON IT!

They asked for my permission to wash the garment on delicate at that point to get the spots out of a dry clean only garment. As we know after you wash rayon it is NEVER the same and I didn't need to pay to have it washed on delicate, I could have done that myself.

They refused a refund and gave me back a dirty garment.

VERY POOR SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYOBE WASTE THEIR TIME AND MONEY THERE!

LOVE the drive through drop off service. You get a bag, stuff it with your stuff, drop it off even after hours and pick it up a few days later - also without having to get out of the car. Very cool.
