These people are right !!!

This company is prejudice, non caring and very unethical. You'd be a fool to work for them no matter what craft or field of work you do!!!

Look further then what you are shown......It always look nice when dealing with a lot of money.

Gulf Island has made a sound decision on a persons life (work). There was no just cause to termination an person for a(n) excused medical leave of absences. Now, this is only base on the one important department that suppose to be a mediator for the employer and employees, Human Resource.

Now, with that said of the termination for a mediacl leave of absence, with all Doctor notes and referrals accounted for; If you can treat the people who make your company "the facilities and the record of achievement" with a proper work code of ethics, then hows (really) is your business code of ethic..

Well I hope its not like the work code of ethics in this case.
