Misty Bayou apartments are not the worst place in the world to live but they need improvment. The apartments are extremly out dated and are threw together poorly pluming and electric is horrid. The security maintance even worse. The office staff not the best and like to go up on rent alot. And did i say the security is horrible dont leave anything on your patio you want to keep, and when it rains you may need a boat. and some of the tenents are just riducouls I lived by this one lady always being rude when confronted she know the owners and her daugter is a cop and when you talk to the office about situations it is like telling a 5 year old to clean there room instead of playing outside, pointless. But as i said befor there are much worst places its in a good location parking not so great it has a pool.

Apartments are old, plumbing and wiring is too old to accomodate modern living, when it rains, water is everywhere like a lake. There is NO, REPEAT, NO security at night and especially none on the weekends. There is an answering service who attempts to call police who live on the premises, but they rarely do anything but talk and no action. Maintenance does respond after a few repeated calls, most of office people are civil, except the one called Jennifer. Recently went up on rent twice in a year and a half, and it's not worth it. Good location, however. Parking is horrible. Office personnel make rules for who they want to.
