Sam's Club in Houma service department is as bad as they come,they don't answer their phone, some days they have no service technicians at all. Won't buy tires from Sam's again, I done with the service department

When a customer calls Sam's about a question you don't have to be ugly over the phone with them. You have a job because customers shop there! I only asked if they still sold headboards there for a bed. She said I have 3 people In line I can't help you and I don't know what your talking about. Wow not a nice women at all :-( she could of said mam I'm busy can you call me back later. It's always a positive way to handle things than being ugly to people that are trying to bring business to the company they work for.
