Manager Fernell Ruffin attacks white people with racist comment in local restaurant . If you shop at this store please be aware that Fernell Ruffin verbally attacked a white male for making the statement "because black lives matter " Mr Ruffin did this in front of over 50 people most of them students of a local High School. He is supposed to be a role model instead he showed young men and women that screaming at white people that they are racist and forcing them to leave a local restaurant is what they should do, is this the kind of behavior that Southland Dodge Promotes it must be since Mr. Ruffin is one of their managers. I will continue to post the truth about Mr Ruffin on every website that Southland Dodge is listed on until Mr. Ruffin is removed .

Awful people!! Wish there was a negative star!! Threatened to kick us out when we questioned why they basically refused to do service on our 10 month old Jeep because we didn't buy it there. Even though they knew we didn't buy it there when we scheduled the appointment. Let us come in just to say "you didn't buy it here so we won't get to your car until maybe 2 weeks to a month because if "our customers" bring something in with a problem their car will bump yours". Horrible people, horrible businessmen. Will never buy from them and apparently when looking at the other reviews we aren't the only ones! How do people stay in business with tris kind of attitude?? Terrible representatives of a product. We made sure to take our complaints to a Chrysler case manager and would highly recommend others to do so. Here's the number 1-800-334-9200, good luck!!

There should be a negative star. I have taken both of my dodge vehicles here and they are returned to me and the work was not completed and then they charge additional costs for additional labor and parts. This is the worst experience at any mechanic shop I have ever been to or seen. They lie about the charges and then tell you that you have to pay or they aren't giving you your car. I have a sunroof leaking now because they were supposed to fix a minor piece - never leaked a day in its life and now it does. They "fixed" (replaced) the carpet in the car and it is still coming up on both sides. Very crappy work!!! And even though it is their responsibility to fix it - they still come up with new parts it needs and new labor expenses. I cannot even begin to state how sick those people make me. PLEASE PLEASE for your own sanity and pocketbook - find someone else!!! HORRIBLE PEOPLE!!! - Especially Dean. The pics are the "fixed" carpet in the front of the vehicle.

I've had a Jeep Grand Cherokee for a year. Very happy with the jeep. After calling and verifying that they do brake tags I drone 45 miles to get on put on my car.. The old one was expiring the next day.. After arriving there I was informed that they only do it on newly purchased vehicles at delivery. Not only did they not refer me to a place that issues them but had a salesman yell at me.. He yelled loud enough to have people come out of offices to see what was going on... I've never been treated so badly at any place of business.. I had a business manager call to apologize saying they don't treat customers that way.. Sadly it happened yesterday to a good customer.. I love my jeep. I will never buy another vehicle with this dealership and would discourage anyone else to do so.

I wish I could give ZERO stars. So little compassion for my 2 kids and I being stranded in a hot parking lot because their key won't work properly. I will never buy another car from there and I will not take my car to be services there!

If I could give 0 stars I would. If you do not buy your Dodge directly from Southland, they do not want your service. It almost seems like they will do everything for you to not ever want to buy a vehicle there also. Southland is an hour away from home so we made an appointment to leave it there. Next day, get a phone call and they tell us they will not be able to service our vehicle until a month from now because we are not "their" customer. Their customers come first is what I was told. Two years of having this Dodge, and I'm over it. I will never be buying a Dodge again... to the point of trading it in for something else just to not have to deal with Dodge period!!!!

My suggestion to you.... don't buy Dodge ever. I would suggest Toyota. Bought a Toyota from a none Toyota dealer, and every Toyota dealership I have been to has serviced that vehicle right away with no questions. Toyota's service department goes far and beyond for any of their customers unlike any Dodge dealership we have been too.
