Up until about 6 weeks ago I had no idea what Tai Chi was and that it was even being offered in Houma La . and now in Thibodaux La. I had no idea when I started Tai Chi that it was as beneficial as it is for both your physical well being as well as mental well being! The benefits have been awesome and I'm so happy to have found a new passion in life!!! I absolutely love Tai Chi and Michelle is an awesome person and wonderful teacher!!! I highly recommend her classes!!!
