I've been living here for the last year and I see on here people complain about staff and maintenance and I really don't know where they are coming from! I have had things break including AC and they where their right away for things like the AC other not important things top 2 days it took to get it fixed and that's because they had more important issues to attend to first things get done in priority which I'm fine with. The staff and manager Ms Mary has been nothing but nice to us and always answer any concerns in a timely matter. The maintenance people though changed recently are so nice and courteous and not shady like some maintenance people have been at places I stayed before. There are some things that recently changed with the new management but that's their rules not the staff that works here and when weighing pros and cons other apts in my area don't have near the square footage and I'm sure they have their cons as well. I love it here and about to downsize but signing a new lease soon! Please don't go by some reviews on here and can just be irate people that knew the rules to begin with and just didn't want to follow them... It's really nice here and quiet

Would not recommend at all. The worst management staff I have ever encountered. You may or may not have air conditioning for a weekend but you will without a doubt respect their parking rules, remember forget safety and don't back into a parking place. Way to go focusing on the important points of managing a property. Make sure your rules are followed. Don't worry about the stupid little stuff like maintenance or making sure there are those amenities you advertise being in working order. Don't even waste your time with the "free internet" go ahead and call Comcast and order individual service.
