I had a photo shoot and my photographer told me on short notice I needed to do my own hair and makeup and I figured Ulta's salon would do the trick. Well obviously no!! I was told it would be maybe 45 minutes at the most and it was over an HOUR for horrible looking curls and bangs! They didn't frame my face properly, half curled, and all spun the same way! I had no time left and went to my photoshoot holding back tears and was fired! I AM NEVER RETURNING!!!

Horrible experience! Was looking forward to shopping there, but rudeness caused me and numerous others to leave without buying a thing. All separate occations. Same rudeness.
