Dr. Watkins has been my family doctor for several years now, and honestly I've spent too much time and money on specialists when I could have ONLY been treated by him alone. His knowledge on so many areas amazes me. He has diagnosed issues on first visits that even specialists were stumped with. In addition, he returns calls personally when I have a question, rather than having a nurse relay answers or messages. The office is always immaculately kept, and his staff is always polite and welcoming. I'd never go anywhere else. The service of this medical practice is top notch! I noticed a review from 2012 about an employee who was always rude or short-spoken. I honestly can't fathom the thought of that type of employee ever being employed at that office. The work atmosphere simply isn't that type of environment. I doubt seriously that Dr. Watkins or his wife would ever tolerate that type of culture in their practice. It just isn't their style.

I've never had anyone there be rude to me. Usually I'm in a room and seen within 5-10 min of signing in. Friendly, casual atmosphere, good music while waiting

The blonde at the front desk is really short spoken and rude.
