This store has a no refund, no exchanges policy and they enforce that policy. In fact it is printed on the receipt.



The Issue:My husband purchased a pair of Dior sunglasses as my birthday present, not realizing I needed prescription lens. I was wearing contacts up until 2 years ago. He didn't realize I was now wearing only prescription lens sunglasses.

I called to speak with the owner about an exception to the exchange policy as my husband paid almost $300 for the sunglasses.

My goal is to exchange them for something of lesser value. Up until this transaction, I have been able to come to an agreement with the proprietor, maybe not this time.

I spoke to a young sales person and asked to have the Owner call me. When I explained the issue to her, she assured me there were no exceptions and that I was wasting my time, but promised to give the Owner a message to return my call.



I will update my experience as soon as I have spoken to the Owner.



My advise to you, if you can't return or exchange it, keep your money in your pocket!!!! Even Goodwill will refund money.
