Robert did an excellent job. He arrived on time, calling when he was on the way. He quickly reviewed the problem and gave us a couple of options along with respective pricing. He was able to effect the less costly repair saving us over $250.00. I have had Abacus as my HV/AC and plumbing service for over 10 years and they have always provided me with excellent service at a reasonable and fair cost. When my next door neighbor needed some major plumbing repairs I suggested Abacus. They took my suggestion and were very pleased, another new Abacus customer. I will continue to recommend Abacus, without reservation, to any of my friends and neighbors. Great job!

Mr Diaz was very personable and answered all my questions, before, during and after performing routine BAM for my two HVAC units. He didn't mind that I tagged along and watched him as he worked. I think he took the appropriate amount of time necessary to complete the needed tasks. I think he was very nice. I would prefer to have him return to service my HVAC units for the next BAM service appointment.

Bob was professional and took the time to explain his findings and recommendations. Bob's expertise is another good reason to keep my Abacus plumbing membership. I also want to comment on Chad. There was no page that allowed me to write; only an emoji. Chad was courteous and professional. Before he left, he explained to me that Bob was coming with a better tool to diagnose my drainage issue. It was nice to see a teamwork approach and respect among peers. I think that with continued mentorship and training, Chad will also be a valued employee of the company.

Replaced HVAC system that was 15 years old. The AC had stopped working and he and his assistant started the work at 2 in the afternoon and continued until midnight to complete the job. It was hot and the work required was long and hard. They were committed to providing us a working AC by the end of the day. They had a positive, friendly attitude throughout and steadily and competently completed the work. The result is great; a unit that was installed properly and as a result should provide many years of good service.

I have used Abacus for the past three years and i am a member of their maintenance program. They have always done a great job at my house. They are on time, courteous, and seem to get the job done right. This post, however, is to thank our technician for his outstanding customer service at my mother's house. He went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we got served well, and he did a great job coordinating plumbing and AC work. That’s why I stick with Abacus.

Had a great experience with the plumber and his crew. They worked all day, and didn't leave at 5. They stayed until the job was done. Our plumber is super professional and courteous. He never hesitated to answer any questions. We are calling him back to finish up some more work in our guest bathroom, as we complete the renovation process.

The plumber did a wonderful job unclogging my daughter's sink. We are also members of their club and he did a thorough inspection of the rest of our house. He made a few minor suggestions but nothing over the top priced. I feel very comfortable that they know what they are doing when they come and have used them on multiple occasions. We will be using them to inspect the water heaters on our new home purchase.

My HVAC technician was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I was shown the problems and it was obvious that I needed a new AC unit. He was also mindful of keeping areas protected. Quick in setting up an appointment for the following day for a new AC installation. YAY! The technicians that came out were also fantastic! Again professional and courteous. They worked hard and were super about preparing the work areas to keep my home clean and damage free. They also cleaned everything up before they left. Thank You for my new AC unit!

My plumber is simply the best! My filtration system is in great hands. My whole plumbing system is in perfect shape thanks to my plumber and Abacus.
