I'M VAN Richards. The owner of advice 4 life insurance and this is WHY I DO what I DO? I learned early in life that YOU have to make plans for your Family. March 9.1996. Was a DAY that I learned this lesson personally. I was admitted to CYFAIR medical center in Houston and the next DAY I was told I would never leave again. AT the AGE of 36. I HAD a large mass around MY prostate. MY wife and I HAD TWO young children and AT that point. For ME. There was NO FUTURE. I defied the odds. With prayer from a LOT of people. The grace of GOD. And great doctors; twenty years later I AM still here. Early in OUR life. MY wife and I DID make plans. I was prepared. MY wife and children would have been financially OK. What does this mean for YOU. The READER? I have a unique perspective. I know HOW important it is to care for those YOU love. For over TWENTY-EIGHT years I have made it MY mission to help families plan for their future. Plan for today. SET a Budget for your Family or business and have a good life today. Where should YOU start? the first place to start is save when times are lean. We live in Houston. An OIL town. We ALL know about saving for rainy days. That applies NO matter where YOU live. NO ONE is immune to economic downturns. Plan for tomorrow. YOU CAN save for a house or business. YOU CAN SEE your child or children graduate from college. And YOU CAN retire (if YOU want to). ALL with thoughtful planning. I CAN help YOU DO ALL of those things but Let’s NOT forget about ONE very important thing. It’s NOT comfortable to think about. But ONE DAY we ALL will meet OUR maker.
