They never answer their phone. You have to listen to their annoying automated system and wait for them to leave a message. They return your call 2-3 weeks later and they leave voicemail to call them back and you go through the whole merry-go-round again. Nobody knows anything about your issue even though the whole office is only about 1500 s.f.

They have been the most helpful. I had an order sent over and this nice young woman named Lynn worked it. I got my CPAP and supplies within a week. I had my order send over to a different company and they kept it for over a month and did nothing with it. They blamed everything on the doctor, saying that they weren't sending over the paperwork needed, but Lynn got everything done in less than a week. Would recommend 10/10!
