BUYER BEWARE!! I have used Bobby for 4 years, and first spoke to her when she needed the business and was willing to work with my non-profit. I called her 2 weeks ago and asked her if she would work with us again, whereas our event is the middle of May. "No problem" was the answer she gave me. I told her our budget, which was the same as other years, and she again assured me there wasn't an issue. I emailed her the details of what we wanted and followed up with a phone call. Nothing. I called her again, asking for a return call and feedback on the arrangements (35 total). Still nothing. 2 weeks later she finally answered her phone. I asked if there was an issue and she told me "not at all" and that she had been traveling. She said "you know I will take good care of you". I just received an email today for 3 times the budget I gave her. She said she will no longer do my event b/c she wouldn't make enough money. Quoted a few lilies in a 5" vase with greens...$72 per arrangement!! BEWARE!

I called this florist because they were the closest to a funeral home. Boy am I glad I did! Bobby was professional, friendly, helpful with recommendations, and trustworthy. I felt confident and comforted that a very nice arrangement made it to the funeral home in time for the memorial service.

I do not live in Houston and I selected this florist from the internet due to the great reviews and the fact that it was a small business. I needed flowers for a friend in hospital. Bobby was great, exceptionally friendly service and I left it to her which flowers to send and my friend was delighted with the choice which was above and beyond anything we expected.Highly recommend.

Back in January my grandmother died. I was grieving the loss and trying to help my uncle who was taking care of all the funeral arrangements. We didn't have a lot of money but I wanted to honor my Mammaw with beautiful flowers at her funeral. She always loved flowers and it grieved me that we couldn't afford to do what we wanted. Then I found Bobby's website and she was amazing. On the day of the funeral I was blown away with how wonderful and beautiful the casket spray and additional sprays from the family were. From the bottom of my heart I can't thank them enough!

Bobby the owner truely will put all her customers first. She runs her business as if she is delivering flowers to family members. I've never tt such a caring owner of a business that is so driven to make the customer happy. Her business has been in Houston over 15yrs and is open 24 Hours. YES THATS RIGHT 24 HOURS. All her arrangements are professioanlly designed and delivered with a promise to be on time. Their prices are very competitive with all the florists in town for her quality of service. THis one is a BIG HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
