This guy has the WORST customer service on the planet! He comes off as this great guy and really pushes the sale even though I did not sign up with him right away. But, here I am a MONTH after the downpayment of $850 (which he cashed right away) and a guarantee that the job would be done within the week and STILL nothing! He had a death in the family so noone else could do the work, imagine that. But the worst part is he won't return calls, test messages or emails. The two times I've managed to talk to him in the past month he's assured me he will get it done within the next two days. Ha! Still can't get him to return my calls now - now I've turned him into BBB and am asking for a full refund. Next step, small claims court.

I needed a window fixed within hours and that's exactly what they did. Great work and awesomely fast.

He has now associated himself with Handyman Depot. As an employee of Handyman Depot as a salesman, I was promised the world and nothing delivered. Poor communication, false deadlines, broken promises, just like the original contractor of Handyman Depot.



Basic Facts: Kitchen remodel contract signed in mid January for overhaul of kitchen. Promised 4 wks for cabinets, 2-3 wks for demo and install. Current Date 1st wk of May and still not complete.



Pros: end design is coming out well, good craftsmanship, good quality workers



Cons: NO communication, rarely shows up, stole tools, upcharge bill, threatens court when 90% of agreed price is already exceeded and job is not complete and 3 months late. Also does not pay workers ontime so they are less motivated to work if even show. Over course of project has put 2 other ppl on the project and neither have proven anything, constant game of good cop/bad cop. Worse of all, he was recommended by a friend who has used him multiple times and after this he will not even recommend him again...contractor's colors sure did come out. Please look elsewhere it will be a better experience.

I called Tommy at 1pm and by 6pm I had my broken window replaced. He was fast, friendly, professional and very affordable. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I needed emergency after-hour service, and after calling several companies Tommy with Affordably Installed Glass was prompt and efficient, yet very affordable. Would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I needed a shower door very quickly and he was able to get one installed within 3 days! Awesome job!
