THIS IS A GREAT COMPANY!!! I worked for Charles a few year ago and I can honestly say he is the most honest person I've seen in the HVAC industry, and I have worked for a few.

Airflow is outstanding. Their customers are their top priority. They take the time to give you all the information you need to make the best decision rather than only advising you on the most expensive option. Where other companies only care about the almighty dollar, Airflow A/C and Heat cares about customer service and building an exceptional reputation. I recommend them every chance I get.

Airflow AC did an outstanding job for a great price. All representatives were courteous and professional from start to finish. After interviewing about 10 different companies, Airflow was the company I chose because Charles took the time to explain all available options and not just the most expensive option. I will use them again in the future for maintenance and service, and I will highly recommend Airflow AC to family, friends, and co-workers.

Airflow came out to my home last week for because my furnace stopped working, and to my great surprise and relief discovered that it was only a small problem with one of the units fuses, so for only $69 I got my furnace up and running! Thank you Airflow for being an honest company and thank you for your on-time and professional service at my home. I would recommend you to anybody!

Airflow came out last weekend and installed the gas furnace in my home. The two techs that came out were very nice and professional but the best thing was the price. I had originally gotten another bid from another company, Alpine Air for $2,900 but I called Airflow the next day and they gave me a bid of $2,100! So I saved $800 badly needed dollars! Job looks great too and we are nice and warm...yes I would defintely recommend Airflow

Prompt service and best prices hands down; Air Flow took care of my heating issue without delay and they had no issues they couldn't resolve. I was impressed by their professionalism as well as willingness to treat me like a customer rather than a number! Do yourselves a favor, for who ever are reading this...hire them and you won't be sorry!! 5 Stars easily earned!!

Last week, i had Airflow out to do my furnace install, not only did they beat my first estimate of 2500 from Alpine Air by 400 dollars they installed it on a weekend to accomadate my schedule at no extra charge! They did a great job and were very punctual and professional...yea...i highly recommend Airflow

This product that was installed upside down was it a Ducane furnace. If it is- Ducane says you can do this. It blew my mind too. Did the next company sell you something else? LOl

I had this company put in a new heating and air conditioning system in my home. A couple years later I had an annual inspection done by another company and they found that the furnace had been installed upside down (yes, upside down) causing poor ventilation of gas fumes. I called Air Flow back, they came out, acknowledged the error and flipped the furnace. A month later I went to turn my heat on and it wouldn't come on. My husband went upstairs figuring the gas pilot light had been shut down when they did the work and he was going to lit. When he went upstairs he found that the entire ventilation system that is required by code to be brought outside was left hanging and never connected to the outside. If we had lit the pilot light and furnace without checking further the carbon monoxide fumes would have killed us during the night. I immediately called Air Flow (spoke to Charles, the owner) and he acknowledged that they didn't finish the job and forgot to come back. That was on Saturday (11/01/09) and he said he would have someone at my house the following Tuesday at 10 a.m. They never showed and now are not answering my calls. I have filed a complaint against this company with the Texas Department of Licensing in Austin and they are taking it very seriously.
