Provided by YP.comHad an appt. window from 5-9pm. Tech did not show up, even after 9pm. Called and they kept saying tech was in route. We are very disappointed, as we paid for a warranty and have all our maintenance services done with this company. The customer services reps on the phone are very nice, but the remaining service at the company is steadily declining. To wait for a 4 hour window and then the tech still not show up is ridiculous. I would not recommend this company to any of my family, friends, or neighbors.

Provided by YPmobileMade an appointment on Monday for a Friday appointment and the scheduled time was from 12-4 pm. Couldn't believe such a window of service. We waited and at 3:30 got a call saying they were going to be"a little late". At 5pm I called and finally just cancelled the service. ONE HOUR A/C MY ¿&& !!!!! Can't recommend they to anyone.

Provided by YP.comDo not use them - They came yesterday to do my bi-annual cleaning and whatever they did knocked out my heat. I called them to ask for emergency service around 11 pm last night and they let me know that they were "backed up" so the earliest they could come is after 12 noon today. I called them today to get an anticipated time and they gave me a window of 12 noon to 7 pm to correct a mistake they made. The low today is 46 degrees, so needless to say this customer service is unacceptable...
I agree with you 100%. We should come out right away to correct our mistakes when they happen. I apologize for my team not getting to you right away. I hope they made the right correction and our technician took care of you. We have a great group of people but we don't always get it right. We share our customer failures with the team always in an effort to improve ourselves. Thanks again for your honest feedback.

Provided by YP.comScheduled appointment for 3-7pm. Called them at 7pm to find out where they were. Was told they were in route. Not very good customer service. I would expect a call telling me you are running behind schedule or something. I took a half day off from work. I had to start getting my kids to bed. If you can't make the appointment, CALL. I told them to not come out, b/c I didn't want them to demonstrate anymore of their customer service.
Thanks for the feedback. Nothing i can say but apologize for the abuse of your time. As a team, we are sorry we let you down. I just found out we had reviews that needed response. Sorry it took so long. IF you are inclined i would like to offer you a 1 year service plan with 2 maintenance inspections included as i feel you deserve more from us. We don't always get it right but we do our best to correct our mistakes. Thanks for your honest feedback.
