A friend recommended to me Louise Blum and gave me the 1801 Post Oak, Houston address. When I arrived I realized that Louise Blum wasn’t there anymore; the change to Alfred Angelo has been horrible!

Bad customer service: the worst sales girls ever. First, I had an appointment which they didn’t have in their records. Second I showed the lady the dresses I picked as my favorites in their website but she didn’t give me those, instead she gave me dresses that weren’t my style at all; then she disappeared.

The dresses were dirty and had broken zippers; haven’t seen this in other stores…. disgusting.

The quality of the fabrics: very cheap. The finishings cheap as well.

The image of the sales girls wasn’t appealing at all; actually I have to say it was terrible.

I ended up not trying all the dresses she gave me and leaving asap. I recommend to you to not waste your time, you will even get a headache!
