I called for repair on a GE oven on Wednesday around noon. He made an appointment for the next day. He arrived early, diagnosed the problem and had it working quickly. I am extremely satisfied and would use this company again.

I called to ask for a quote for a fridge issue with a rental home and he started complaining about all these rental properties that haven't paid him. First off that's not my problem and second he shouldn't be complaining about other clients to a potential client versus finding out the issue of the fridge that needs to be fixed. I stated that was information wasn't what I should be hearing and he said I better know because otherwise he wasn't going to spend his time and money to go to the house. Completely taken off guard and not happy about that.

ON SATURDAY MORNING, I CALLED; DJ CAME OUT AND FIXED MY WASHER IN 10 MINUTES. HE SHOWED ME HOW TO CARE FOR MY WASHER, TAUGHT ME ALOT.

I WILL CALL HIM FOR ALL MY APPLIANCES FROM NOW ON!!!!!!!!

I called the Whirlpool 1-800 line when my freezer started making a loud noise, but they couldn't come for three days. Yipes! Houston in June is HOT!!! Our annual shipment of steaks from the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo had arrived only a week ago. Allen's people were here in 2 hours and helped to save our bacon to say the least. Great guys. I'll tell all my neighbors about the great service they gave to us today. Thanks

I called Allen's Appliance without a reference or any knowledge of their Co. (Basically a wing & a prayer). The serviceman DJ arrived within an hour of my call. He listened to what I had to say & then promptly took charge of my Whirlpool front-loading washer with obvious skill & knowledge, not to mention his professional AND social demeanor. My problem was diagnosed & fixed within a short time period. My washer works great! What a pleasure to be reminded that company integrity & professionalism is alive & well! Thank you Allen's!

I"m glad I found Allen's Appliance Repair. I even research the company with BBB and they had a A+ rating. I also give them a A+. I called for refrigerator repair. Repairman JA was very thorough and knowledgeable. Great customer service.. If you need a honest and reliable service repair I strongly recommend. Very satisfied customer.

We discovered that our side by side refrigerator/freezer went out on Tuesday morning. I called Conn's where we bought it and they couldn't send anyone out until Thursday. I looked in the yellow pages and found Allen's, looked them up on the internet and they had good reviews so decided to give them a try. I called and spoke with DJ - he asked if I would be home between 12:00 and 3:00 - I told him I would - he got there before 11:30 got the refrigerator fixed and was very reasonable with the cost. Would recommend them to my family and friends.

I'm so impressed! My dryer was diagnosed and fixed quickly. He was on time! And my house was left immaculate when he left! I will be recommending him to my friends and clients!!!

Dj is a very trustworthy guy. he has fixed my washing machine and a few other things for me. very nice guy with an upbeat tempo and always has a good attitude no mater what. i would recomend him to anyone out there!!!!!

Over the years, I have had a washing machine fixed by Mr. Allen and a dryer fixed by Billy. They provided timely service at a reasoanbale rate. Glad to have an honest and reliable place to call for appliance repairs.

i have use this company a few times....a dryer...fixed works great and no more sqeeking....my icemaker......best ice its even made now....and my freezer...i will call them for any appliance repair needs....great price...great service...and great guys....

Very knowledgeable and did the work fast. I called Allen about my refrigerator not cooling, and he knew exactly what to check and fixed it correctly. So, while he was at my house, I decided to have him look at the clothes dryer that had been making some odd sounds, and he showed my why it was doing that and he fixed the dryer at the same time. This guy is great!!!

Called him @ 7:30 am and he was at my house before 9:00 and got my frig fixed!! Mr Allen himself was friendly and fair priced!!!

The first thing BJ did was consult his manual for my washer. I guess because I have a newer more complicated model he thought he could guess at what was wrong. His lack of knowledge caused us to buy a new computer board that we didn't even need. All we really needed was a pump. Then he claimed he had the Swine Flu and couldn't even return my phone calls. He would only respond by text message. When I complained to the BBB this was his response:



so sorry but thats my offer your lucky to get that most companys would tell you ,you install the part that voids any warranty!! Sorry you have no fealling for me being sick and if your husband knew as much as i did then why didn,t he get the book out and do it himself. the book tells you what to do ..

Billy was the technician and he was very helpful and did a quality job. I would definately use Allen's Appliance for future needs and I would also gladly recomend them to others who need appliance work done.

I didn't know who to call to fix my refrigerator and read the great reviews from Allen's Appliance, so I called. I talked to DJ and he met me at my house when I got off work. He diagnosed and fixed my refrigerator and was out in 30 minutes. He is extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what to fix. I didn't get the run-around, instead I was treated with respect and dignity. His prices are awesome and I feel so glad to have an appliance company I can call anytime and trust, as well as share with my friends.

Our ice maker had quit making ice and developed a loud grinding noise. Based on good BBB rating and a review here, I called Allen and asked if they could come the next day. He asked what time, and I said sometime in the morning - thinking he might say "we'll be there between 8:00 and 12:00." He asked if 8:00 would work. The next day the serviceman rang the doorbell at 7:58 AM. He diagnosed the problem and replaced the ice maker in about 30 minutes. He cleaned up what little mess he made. He was very friendly and professional. The charge was for the ice maker plus tax, no service charge. I will definitely use Allen Appliance repair again when I need service.

Fantastic service....

Our refrigerator went down and we called DJ at 8 AM and he was at our house TWO HOURS later.....checked out the frig and found the problem...a bad fan motor and he had all the parts on his truck. Saved us a smal fortune in food that we saved because of the fast service.

Highly recommended.
