I made a reservation online for Thursday November 26 (Thanksgiving day) to drop off my puppy. I visited the facility earlier in November to meet the staff and confirm the appointment. I even asked the woman if she realized that it was Thanksgiving day, she acknowledged and agreed. I received a call on November 25th, at 4pm, that if I didn't drop off my dog, I wouldn't be able to drop him off at all. I explained that I had made the reservation for the 26th and did not want to drop him off on the 25th. I was threatened that if I didn't bring him in right away, that I would loose my reservation. Well, I was flying out on the 26th and could not take my dog with me (large breed). So I asked if I would have to pay for another day (because I did not want to drop him off), and I was replied to with, "Well, we're keeping him another day!" I told him I was on my way, as another reservation could not be made in time with another kennel. The man then called me no less than 5 times in the next hour saying that if I didn't bring him in soon, he would close and I wouldn't be able to drop him off. He told me later that he was doing me a favor because he normally closes at 5pm. I was no where near the kennel and had to go home and get arrange my dog's things (toys, vet records...etc). The man also asked me EVERY time he called if my dog had his bordatella shots, in which I replied yes EVERY time! When I arrived, the man looked at the FOLDER my dog's vet records were in and said, "This is not vet records..." I looked at him and said, "Yes, that's a folder, look inside." He opened it and said again, "This is still not vet records." I grabbed the folder and pulled the records out of the pocket in the folder and gave it to him. He looked at it and said, "There is no Bordatella record." I had to point it out to him. He can't read vet records? When I returned from vacation, I went immediately to pick him up and they couldn't find him. They then told me that they had "unknowingly" locked him in the cat room. My dog had green stuff running from his eyes, he was skinny, and had fleas! VERY UNHAPPY ALPHA K9! VERY UNHAPPY!

My wife and I took our female cat to have her spayed, we searched for the best prices and found Alpha K-9. They were very helpful, we dropped her off at 10 and was able to pick her up at 2! It was soo fast. They had friendly staff and were very knowledgeable in what was going on. They answered all of our questions with no problems.

Alpha K-P Per Services is very very recommendable. I took my Mama Kitty Cat to them to have her spayed. They were very nice and knowledgeable. I took her in at 10 and I was able to come and pick her up at 2. I was so surprised at how fast and easy the process went.
