I would never this use person/business to book anything. She booked a chartered cruise out of NO and for the Houston ppl that booked with her, she said there would be transportation via bus. She sent a thousand emails confirming dinner reservations that had been previously confirmed and said that the confirmed events plans would be sent out soon. A week prior to the trip, I still have not received confirmed event plans and I emailed her to ask about the bus reservations to only find out there was not enough ppl from Houston to charter a bus that would have been a free charge. For 10-15 ppl you would think a van would be very accomodating or letting ppl know when final payments were made in Nov that we needed to make other arrangements would be fair. Nope we didn't get that courtesy. I would hope this cruise is much better than her planning otherwise I will continue to plan my own cruises in the future. She doesn't even get a star if it were up to me.
