When I relocated to Texas I was contacted constantly by Becky who is no longer with the company in regards to receiving a $100 rebate for a referral. After I did that, all of a sudden the contact ended and 3 months later I still had not received my incentive. I called Becky only to be told that she was no longer with the company. After calling the company I was told that apartment win only received $100 from my management companies and that Becky only received $50. Then the guy told me that I was only supposed to get a referral bonus if Becky received over $300. As far as I'm concerned this company is full of scams and are misleading people.

I am writing in regard to one of your brokers, Bryan. I had been searching for a rental property in the Bellaire area and called on a listing of Bryan's.



After showing me the property, Bryan and I talked about what my needs were, my budget, ect. and he really went above and beyond the call of duty in helping me. He showed me several properties and then in the midst of it all, I decided I might want to buy, but was unsure if I was ready to make that commitment.



I decided to look at a couple of foreclosures and Bryan helped me through all of it. Even after I opted to not move forward with purchasing, Bryan continued to help me look at rental properties. In the end, I found a house that was listed by the owner.



I want you to know how much Bryan helped me, especially since most brokers don't really want to deal with rentals because they don't offer much return on investment. i appreciate that he took the time to help me with all of my many question, property viewing request, and more!

I worked with an agent named M...

I worked with an agent named Mike, and he was really good. He knew every apartment that I asked him about and was able to find me a great deal at a high rise downtown. The only negative was he did text and email me a lot which got kind of annoying. All in all, I would use Mike again just because of the awesome deal I got.

The service was very good. I was looking on my own a lot before using Apartment wiz, and I was about to lease at a place that seemed good to me on the face of it.



The real estate agent that was helping me let me know that the apartment where I was going to lease was having financial problems. On his advice, I leased somewhere else and saved myself a bunch of head aches. The place where I was going to lease, filed for bankruptcy a month later.



I did not get a rebate (was not offered one by my agent), but what I saved in aggravation through using a knowledgeable service was well worth not getting $50 or $100. Very happy. Will use again.

Very Rude..and only out for the money

I used this company and was very dissappointed. They sent me a list of aparments but they were all outside my price range. The agent (forgot his name..thankfully!) kept trying to upsell me! I hate that! He even said "stop being so cheap". After I told him I would no longer need their services and asked to speak to the manager he said he was the manager. Worst experience ever.

After 4 months, I am STILL WAITING FOR MY REBATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.



This company and workers are liars. I wrote this company's name on my application AND NEVER RECEIVED THE REBATE OR AN EXPLANATION!. However, they are going to receive the commission for my lease!



Customers like me at least deserve a call or letter if they are not available to do business honestly instead of deceit.



People, be careful DO NOT trust in this company.

Unethical Conduct

The initial service was fine, but continous nagging to list them as the locator just turned me off. And, when they asked me to falsely identify them as the locator ,even when they did not provide the lead, I considered that unethical conduct. I will not continue to use them.
