they did me very well

They are very nice when they accept your money for a bad product. I purchased a used transmission, it was installed within 3 days, found to be broken internally. I asked them if they could send another in its place and pick up the bad transmission. They said they would ship another one out only after inspecting the first one. I shipped that one back and they had it within a month of me ordering it. Of course needing a car, I proceeded to look for another transmission. Six weeks later they shipped me a second transmission even after I told them I couldnt wait for their inspection process. It was refused and 7 months later I am still waiting for my $800 refund........
