Customer service was extremely uncooperative when I asked them to give me an estimate, they said they go by blue book and cannot give me even a rough idea to fix a problem without diagnosing.

Clearly informed them that "the door switch is not working" on the microwave.

Looked up online and it appears its 200+ just labor.

The representative was extremely unwilling to give an idea on labor costs and instead got furious and said that's why we have the service fee to diagnose.

It doesn't make sense for me to be off by 65$ for an estimate which I may not be willing to pay or get done, as the prices likely will go in few 100 dollars.

Why would any sane person want to spend a few 100 dollars when a new microwave could be bought for that price!!!!

Customer service was very rude and angry, wouldn't want to do business with them, even if they are the only company in town!!!!
