Provided by YP.comIf you are planning on moving into this property, if you have kids or are seeking exceptional living this is not the property for you, These apartments have horrible management and maintenence. Which is very important considering they are in horrible condition. This complex is infested with roaches, bed bugs, skunks and raccoons! the entire complex has very bad plumbing issues. I have been here for 3 years in which I have had mold and mildew found under kitchen sink. This property is very unreasonably priced for the conditon of each unit. Ive awaken to feces in my restroom from the plumbing, skunks on my patio and buzzards flying around the complex. The leasing agents along with the corporate office have shown no concern, and none of my problems have been addressed. GPI management are a horrible management company.. they are SLUM LORDS. I would really rethink any decision to move to this property. The property along with the office staff appear very nice on the outside, however your problems begin as soon as you sign your lease!!!!

Provided by YPmobileIf your planning on living here, make sure you check your AC. The AC blows air but not cold air. I didn't need it at first but when it has gotten really hot outside, I tried to use the AC but no cold air. I am truly disappointed in this place. My room has no light fixture nor my study room. What's the point in having switches but no light ??? So for no roach problems yet, thank God. Oh yeah, make sure you read everything on the contract, if not, you'll be sorry. It's pretty gettho hood here but if you don't mind it, it's an okay, good place. I made a grave mistake choosing this place. Smh

Provided by YP.comThese apartments are the worst apartments that I have ever resided in. If you care about where you lay your head and surrounding,it's worth reading. I will "try" to be brief, but it's just too many horrible things that I have experienced since I moved here in April 2013. The first night I moved in I had to battle a roach infestation. I spent about $180 on supplies, because they had a horrible exterminator that only put out boric acid. I had to buy caulk to seal up "many" cracks. Roach spray, roach bate, roach tablets, and my own boric acid (I can't live with roaches). At the same time, I went through war with them, because I kept telling them that I smelled old dog urine in the hallway where my kids rooms are and in my son's room, and they said that they did not smell anything. After constant complaining the (now former) manager came and said she smelled it in the hall. Come to find out, maintenance said that it was old dog urine in the bathroom and hallway walls/ baseboards that were painted over prior to my move in. They replaced the sheet rock and baseboards in the bathroom and hallway, but not in my son's room (because they didn't smell it). So now till this current day the smell in my son's room has become worse, because they never resolved the issue of dog urine (and God knows what else) Months later, I had a water leak in the hall where my kids rooms are at, which caused mold and mildew in the hallway wall and my daughter's closet (a huge area of it). I called maintenance and they only stopped the leak by fixing the ac. I also experienced a wildlife animal (possum) in my wash room, which is outside (so inconvenient). And there are a lot of ghetto people here. It feel like a notch up before housing assistant or project living. I recently had a ghetto mother confront my 11 year old with yelling and hollering as soon as he got off of the school bus, because her son and mine had a fight that morning before getting on the bus (ghetto mess). She brought me out of my character! And on top of that the "so call" security guard from Top Gun Security watched her and smirked about it (from what I was told by my kids), and the leasing staff did nothing. Also, the water has not worked or was not hot on many occasions. The incident before last, of them not having hot water, one of the leasing staff answered the phone, and I told her that the water had been cold that night before and all that day and she responded “it will be back hot in the morning, it's just that they have'haven't finished with Lastly, I have seen different bugs in my apartment. I am just so ready to leave. I have two more months in this hell hole of what they call luxurious!
