Really nice place to live, conveniently located very responsive maintenance staff, had no problem living here for four years.

Mold all over my apartments and bed bugs are crawling on my mattresses. Very nice people at leasing office, but there are some very rude neighbor!

Good changes lately here, nice painting and re-surface of parking garage..keep it going!

At Crescent Oaks Apartments, I am living here for 11 months now and have had no issues, I like the home and amenities, the buildings are not that perfect but its in an awesome location! i had read what others were writing about this place, but i haven't experienced anything like negative here. Its great FUN and high price. I can recommend it to anyone looking to rent nice place!

I love the event and get-together activities arranged are the most amazing thing at Crescent Oaks Apartments in Houston, we don t like that we are away from our family and the management is happy to hear the resident s problem. I am also happy to found good neighbors. me and my family including our children are safe as we have a full time security guard available at the main gate and patrolling service at night. The apartments are also good with all the possible amenities like washers / dryers. I can say that I am one of their happiest residents.

The locality and greenery at crescent oaks apartments is very nice. Apartments are well designed for family; rooms are spacious, clean and quiet. The maintenance team of crescent is good the things get fixed timely. I am living very comfortably with my family. Security guard is always available at the main gate. The apartments are really good with all luxury facilities at comfortable prices. Overall crescent oaks apartment is a tremendous a good choice to live.
