he was very interested in collecting all the info. i liked that he called Dr Ruan. i would loved to have more feedback from Dr Ruan but he told me to wait until all the results are back. Dr Phongy was very good.

Ashley went above & beyond to listen, offer practical advice for short term solutions and show compassion. He did a great job vs most any other Dr type visit I've had.

Ashley and the whole staff at Texas Center for Lifestyle Medicine were amazing! Giving me the solutions that will heal me for the long term, not just the "quick fix". Highly recommend Ashley!
