My experience at this mechanic shop has been amazing!! I have just graduated college and have been going to them for about a year now. I was referred by a friend. As a woman many mechanics try and overcharge and tack on extra "issues", but not with this shop!! The first time I came here I had already changed my spark plugs twice (around $200+ each) and each time they would malfunction within a month or two. The last time I got them changed I went to AutoPro about a year ago and they have been great since! They work fast and have great prices!

My second time was bc my alternator went out and even though Jose, one of the mechanics, was on vacation he helped me get my car towed and fixed within days! They have great customer service and are very professional! If you are looking for trustworthy mechanics who ACTUALLY FIX THE PROBLEM please go here!! I've never written a review for anything, but I had to for them!

I'm Johnny Carter, and while on vacation from B'ham, Alabama to Hoover Dam in Uath my 2014 Toyota Tundra developed and transmission jerking driving down I-10 in Houston. Immediately I call a Toyota dealer but they wanted $3950 to replace the tranny; so I did a Yahoo search for a shop close by. AutoPRO-Houston was 2nd on the list, so I called and explained the symptoms and Eric at AutoPRO-Houston just laughed and said "It just needs flushed." I had my doubts, but sure nuff, and $181.00 and two years later the transmission is still work fine. Five stars ain't enough for this shop. I cannot thank you enough Eric Wright for saving my family's 2015 vacation I had planned for 10 years.

I found AutoPro-Houston on facebook. I took my 2006 HD2500 in to get the transmission checked out. Needed to be rebuilt, had it done within a week and was way less expensive than what the dealership wanted to charge me. AutoPro-Houston really came through for me.

I'm Steve T. Steve, and I sent my mother-in-law to AutoPRO-Houston to get the transmission rebuilt in her 2012 Cadillac. She thought it was gonna be done in a hour or so and wanted to sit there and wait, but parts had to be ordered from Dallas and it was a 2 day affair. She was well pleased with Eric and his reassuring of repairs and the safety of her car being enclosed overnight. It's 37,000 miles later and it still shifts smooth as silk. Thanks Eric, and AutoPRO-Houston, for a transmission well done.

My dad had the diesel engine and transmission replaced in his 2008 Chevy Z-71 in July 2014 at AutoPRO-Houston. The price was reasonable and so was the turn-around time. Mom has her Buick Enclave serviced by Eric also, she let them take a photo of me by my dad's '23 Ford that Eric also maintains.
