I have used this moving company and actually dealt with the owner named Robert. The first time I used them one of their drivers over charged me by $20 and wrote a different amount on the charge slip, when I called it in they reimbursed me, so I didn't hold it against them on how their workers actions were. However, this last time I used them they tore up my living room couch recliner set, I spoke with Robert (the owner) before I paid and he reassured me that he would take care of it and would make plans to come and view the mishap...meanwhile he has been avoiding me and then just on yesterday offer to pay me $40 to fix it w/o taking time out to come and see it. This is POOR customer service and I don't recommend anyone to use this service, if you have an owner who lies and steals then what more can you expect from the people that he hires.
