Honestly this place is a dump. Infested with rats, and roaches. They have bees living within the walls and don't do anything about it. The dumpsters are constantly overflowing and there's no where to park after 8pm. You could live in the potholes. The laundromats are constantly breaking down, the one security guard is a joke. 3 entrances 1 exit, traffic jam every day. The "emergency maintenance" customer service employees are rude and never send anyone. I would understand the constant increase in rent if I saw some improvements, change of staff or landscaping but so far I've noticed no change. Criminals roaming around doing all types of drugs. Drunks passed out on the floors while kids run around. Stray dogs and cats. Owners don't pick up after pets. It's a zoo. Nothing good from this place except for the fact that my lease is almost over.
