Great selection of vehicles they were able to get me into the car I was looking for in a quick process. I don't like to buy cars but they made the process lovely and will come back to service.

Rolando Murillo and Amir Goesh, outstanding salesman! Anytime I needed work done, rentals, or questions about my car, they were on it. Professional and caring. They always take care of me! Customer service is hands down, the best!

Service advisor Rolando Murillo and shop foreman Luis are the dynamic duo at the 290 Baker Jackson Nissan Service. A persistent issue with my Armada was taken care of when these two addressed the issue. They patiently listened to my explanation and never dismissed my concerns. Rolando kept me updated without me having to call first. This location is inconvenient for me but I will make the drive without complaints because I know my Armada will get serviced appropriately with Rolando and Luis.

I completely trust and respect their insight and opinion. I would have made this sentence in all caps but didn’t want you to think I was yelling! Lol

This dealership has the best sales & service department in the city. When I bought my brand new Maxima they treat you with respect, offered me a great deal, and treated me like Royalty. I also now take my car in for service, and Baker Nissan's service deparment is amazing, not only do they care, they make sure I feel comfortable and have a wonderful experience every time. I recently went to Baker Nissan North and I had a misunderstanding with Mr. Jordan Fournet. I had a bad customer service experience. However, Mr. Chris Godwin, the general manager, called me to rectify the situation and I understand that one person does not represent the entire team.



Even though I ended up purchasing my vehicle at Central Nissan Houston, I would still recommend Baker Nissan North to others based on the fact that they care about their customer relations. By the way, I would like to mention that the sales person, Mr. Drew Perry, was amazing, polite, patient, and very friendly. Whenever you go there make sure to ask for him. :)
