Provided by YP.comBARC trespassed onto my property when the gate and fence were closed, stole my puppy from the front yard and left a note reading that if I wanted my puppy back then I would have to call BARC. I called and not one clerk answered the many calls. I left numerous messages with my name and phone number - no one returned my calls. The Supervisor admitted to trespassing but charged me $120.00. I began to write a check for $120.00 and the Supervisor stopped me when he saw me take out my pen. BARC Manager sold my puppy earlier that day. I called the Houston Police. They said that BARC legally in agreement with The City of Houston can go onto citizens' yards and steal animals to generate revenue for the City of Houston. Suzanne Hollifield of The Houston Police Department lies in Offense Reports so that innocent people will be fined in order to generate profit for the Police Department and City of Houston. BARC along with The City of Houston committed a Crime of Moral Turpitude.

Provided by YPmobileMy sister-in-law transported a dog for this company. They did not share with her the fact that this dog had a history of attacking people, or the fact that it was an owner - surrender for this very reason. The dog attacked her very severely. 27 bites (some to the bone) and $15,000 in medical bills later, and they have yet to even offer an apology. One of her kids could have just as easily been the victim, and I don't know how they would have survived this. I am saddened that they are not even offering an apology. Shame on you BARC. You are a pathetic excuse of a company. It is your responsibility to make sure these pets are safe before simply turning them over to people. This woman will wear this scar, both emotional and physical - for the rest of her life due to your careless behavior.
